ተጫቾች በውጭ ኦዲተር የተረጋገጠ የቅርብ 3 ዓመት የኦዲት ሪፖርት ማቅረብ አለባቸው

the Average annual turnover of ETB 19 million calculated as the total completed project certificate for contracts in progress or completed within the last three (3) years. For local suppliers/bidders Peak annual turnover will be considered. For a joint venture, this requirement may be met by all members combined.

The bidder shall submit a fully itemized financial proposal, clearly indicating:

• Total bid price
• Detailed cost breakdown (hardware, software, installation, training, support, and other services)
• Any applicable recurring or operational costs

በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.6 (ለ) (iii) መሠረት የሀገር ውስጥ ተጫራች ሆኖ ታክስ የከፈለበትን ሰርቲፊኬት ከታክስ ባለሥልጣን ማቅረብ ሳይችል ሲቀር፣

በጨረታ ዝርዝር መረጃ ሠንጠረዥና በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.6 (ለ) (ii) መሠረት የሀገር ውስጥ ተጫራች ሆኖ በታክስ ባለሥልጣን የተሰጠ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታከለ የምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት ማቅረብ ሳይችል ሲቀር፣ 

ተጫራቾች የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር /Tin/ ማቅረብ አለባቸው

በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.6 (ሐ) መሠረት የንግድ ምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት

The Bidder shall have successfully completed projects covering a cumulative total of at least five hundred (500) fleet units (vehicles/equipment) within the last five (5) years. This requirement may be fulfilled through multiple projects supported by verifiable completion certificates or client testimonials. 

Out of the submitted projects, at least Two (2) project each must have involved the implementation of not less than one hundred fifty (150) fleet units under a single contract

The Bidder shall have completed a minimum of four (4) similar projects, of which at least two (2) projects must be substantially comparable in scope and complexity to the current requirement. 

The submitted experience shall clearly demonstrate the Bidder’s capacity to implement the current requirement of approximately four hundred fifty-five (455) fleet units, even if such scale was not executed under a single contract

All claimed experiences must be supported by completion certificates, client references, or other verifiable documentary evidence indicating project scope, value, and successful delivery. 

·        Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Engineering, or related field

·        Minimum 7 years of relevant experience

·        At least 3 similar large-scale ICT or fleet management projects

·        PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage

·        Responsible for overall project execution, coordination, and delivery

·        Degree in Computer, Electrical Engineering, or ICT

·        Minimum 5 years of experience in GPS/telematics systems

·        Experience in CAN/FMS integration and IoT deployments

Proven experience in large-scale fleet installations

·        Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science

·        Minimum 5 years of system integration experience

·        Experience with REST API, MQTT, TCP/IP or equivalent protocols

·        Experience integrating enterprise systems

·        Degree in ICT, Education, or related field

·        Minimum 5 years of ICT training delivery experience

·        Experience in preparing user manuals and structured training programs

·        Strong instructional design and communication skills

·        Engineering or technical qualification

·        Minimum 3 years of fuel sensor implementation experience

·        Experience with capacitive fuel sensors or equivalent systems

·        Knowledge of fuel theft detection systems

·        At least one specialist must have proven experience in large-scale fleet fuel monitoring deployments

ተጫራቾች MAF, BOQ, Database sheet እና compliance sheet  ማቅረብ አለባቸው

ተጫራቾች የስራ ዝርዝር ዕቅድ/Time plan/ ለእያንዳንዱ ስራ በቀረበው ዝርዝር መግለጫ/specification/ መሰረት ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡

bidder shall provide a minimum warranty period of three (3) years for all supplied goods, equipment, software, and associated services.

failure to provide availed warranty declaration or non compliance with minimum 3 year warranty requirement shall result in automatic disqualification from the bidding process

በጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ በተጠቀሰው መሰረት ዕቃዎች እና ተያያዥ አገልግሎቶች ለማቅረብ በተቀመጠው ጊዜ ውስጥ ለማቅብ ያልተስማማ አቅራቢ በየትኛውም የግምገማ ሂደት ላይ ከውድድር ውጪ ይደረጋል

The bidder should have operations in the business of GPS integrated fuel and Fleet Management System Implementation anywhere in Ethiopia.

The firm is required to provide the details of work order copy along with satisfactory work result 

As part of the evaluation process, the Employer may require bidders to conduct a system demonstration and/or presentation before a panel of end users and technical experts. Information obtained during such demonstrations may be used as part of the technical evaluation.

minimum Total Technical Pass mark should be 80% /100
