INVITATION TO OPEN TENDER FOR IT EQUIPMENT SUPPLY AND DELIVERY Reference No: RFP PSI-015-2026

Population Services International, Ethiopia (PSI/Ethiopia), a growing international humanitarian organization, is seeking sealed proposals from qualified bidders for the supply of IT Equipment Supply and Delivery through an open-bid procurement process.

Therefore, PSIE hereby invites all eligible and qualified IT equipment suppliers to participate in-and-respond to this open tender invitation through submission of a cover/motivation letter, a company profile, a technical proposal, a financial proposal, and documents of eligibility.

• Manufacturer's Authorization for Dealership of Products (in Ethiopia) & warranty of future support
• Validity of Proposal: 90 Days 
• Willingness to Submit a Performance Bond (10% to 20% of award amount), upon award.
• Payment Terms: credit basis: 100 % payment after delivery of all goods; within 21 calendar days coveted ne
• Delivery Place: PSI Office/Warehouse, Addis Ababa
• Warranty: Minimum One Year

The summary of IT Equipment are as follows:

Authorized Dealer Requirement - Bidders must be officially authorized dealers, distributors, or resellers of the proposed IT equipment brand(s). Each bidder shall submit:

• A valid and verifiable Manufacturer Authorization Letter (MAL) issued directly by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or its regional office;
• The letter must:
• Clearly state the bidder is authorized to supply, install, and support the offered products;
• Include OEM contact details for verification.

PSI reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the authorization directly with the manufacturer. Failure to provide a valid authorization letter will result in disqualification.
