valid tax clearance certificate	Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);
valid business license	Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i);
VAT registration certificate	Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(ii)

Terms and Conditions: -መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ፕሮፎርማውን ሙሉ በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊልም የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው:: -አስፈላጊ ሰነዶችን (የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር/የንግድ ምዝገባ ወረቀት ፤ በተጠየቀው የንግድ ስራ ዘርፍ የወጣ የታደሰ ንግድ ስራ ፈቃድ፤ ጨረታ እንዲሳተፎ የሚገልፅ ክሊራንስ፤የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ማቅረብ ይኖረባችኋል - ጥራት ያለው አንደኛ ደረጃ በSpecification መሠረት ሳምፕል የምታቀረቡ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን ። ሳምፕል ያላቀረበ በውድድር ውስጥ የማይሳተፍ መሆኑን መ/ቤቱ ያሳውቃል፡፡ -ተጫራች ለጨረታ ማስከበርያ የተጠየቀዉን ሲፒኦ/ቢድ ቦንድ ጋራንቲ እና ናሙናዎችን ጨረታዉ ከመከፈቱ በፊት ቡሌ ሆራ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ግዥ ክፍል ቁጥር 131 በ አካል ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ -ዕቃዎችን የማቅረቢያ ቦታ ቡሌ ሆራ ዩንቨርሲቲ ማስተማሪያ ሆስፒታል ድረስ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን፡፡ -ተጫራች ጨረታዉ ከተዘጋ በኃላ የጨረታዉን ቁልፍ ኮድ/KEY ሲስተሙ ላይ መላክ/share ማድረግ አለበት፡፡
