- Terms and Conditions: Our office requires that companies competing in the open e-GP tender issued by the Logistics Main Department of the Ministry of National Defense for the procurement of Blanket items must fulfill the following conditions: 1. Competing bidders must deliver the items they have won, using their own transport, to the Quality Treasury. 2. Bidders must submit the original CPO tender security and samples to the Logistics Main Department office, Room No. 10. 3. The tender security guarantee must be scanned and attached to your bid documents on the e-GP system. 4. Submitting a false tender security by bidders will result in disqualification from the tender competition and legal prosecution for fraud. 5. Any bidder who places a label revealing the identity of their company on the items submitted as samples will be disqualified from the competition. 6. Due to the urgent requirement for mandatory (items), any bidder must have the items they are competing for in stock and must be able to fully deliver the items within 7 days from the date the purchase order is issued for the items they have won. 7. If the winning organization fails to deliver the items within the specified days, and the delivery exceeds the order period, they will be penalized at a rate of 0.001 per day for each day overdue. 8. Any bidder who does not share the K-code at the time of bid opening will be solely responsible for any subsequent issues, and our office will not assume any liability. 9. Our office reserves the right to cancel the tender in whole or in part.
