1. The Government of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project (LLRP II) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of Furnishing and equipping of One (1) Regional Laboratory in Hadagalo project Woreda.

2. The Somali Region, Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project, now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Procurement of Gabion and Wire for Natural resource intervention areas in 10000 m3 for 34 project Woradas project Woreda within short period of time.

Description of goods

3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulation for IPF Borrowers ("procurement Regulations"), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulation.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from LLRP, Regional Project Coordination Unit, Bashir Hassan with the email: bashirhaji173@gmail.com and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 8:00 A.M-5:00 P.M at the address of LLRP, Somali Regional Coordination Unit Office given below.

5. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and up on payment of a nonrefundable fee of 3500 Birr (One Thousand Five Hundred Birr Only). The method of payment will be cash. The document should be hand delivered to the LLRP Regional office.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before February 3, 2026 at 14:00 P.M Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders' designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on February 3, 2026 at 14:30 P.M local time.

7. All bids must be accompanied by a "Bid Security" of ETB 700,000, and the bid security is valid for 90 days after the bid opening date.
