- Terms and Conditions: የተኝቶ ታካሚዎች ምግብ አገልግሎት ወሠኝ የሆኑት ዶክመንቶቻቸዉን በe-Gp ሲስተም ኦንላይን ላይ ለጨረታዉ ማያያዝዎን አይዘንጉ ተጫራቶች የጨረታ ማስጀበሪያ ቢድ-ቦንድ/CPO/ ጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ የሆኑት ከሚመለከተዉ መ/ቤት አድራሻ የዋስትና ደብዳቤ የጨረታ መክፈቻ አንድ ቀን ከመድረሱ በፊት አንድ ቀን አስቀድሞ አ/አባባ ኮሪያ ዘማች ፓርክ ፊት ለፊት በሚገኘዉ መወዩ ማስተባበሪያ ጽ/ቤት ወይም መወዩ ሕክምና እና ጤና ሣይንስ ኮሌጅ የግዥ ስራ አስፈፃሚ ጽ/ቤት መቅረብ አለበት፡፡ ጨረታዉ በሚከፈትበት ዕለትና ሰዓት ተከታትለዉ ኪ-ሼርዎን ሼር መድረግ አይዘንጉ፡፡ አገልግሎቱ የሚሰጠው መወዩ ሕክ/ናና ጤና ሣይንስ ኮሌጅ ሆስፒታል ነዉ አሸናፊው ደርጅት በምግብ ዝግጅት ላይ የሚያሰማራቸው ሠራተኞች በዘርፉ ሰልጥነዉ አግባብነት ያለው ሠርተፍኬት ያላቸው መሆን አለባቸው፡፡ አሸናፊው ድርጅት ለምግብ ማብሰያና ማቅረቢያ አስፈላጊ የሆኑ ማቴሪያሎችን በራሱ ያቀርባል የውሃና መብራት አገልግሎት ከሆስፒታሉ ሆኖ ውሃና መብራት አጋጣሚ ቢጠፋ አገልግሎቱ አይቋረጥም፡፡ የዋጋ ማስተካከያ የሚደረገዉ ውል ተፈፅሞ አገልግሎቱን ማቅረብ ከተጀመረበት ከሶስት ወር በኋላ ሲሆን ይህ የሚፈፀመው የምግብ ግበዓቶቹ ዋጋ የገበያ ጥናት ከኢትዮጵያ ስታቲስቲክስ አገልግሎት በሚገኘው መረጃ ምንጭ እና ከኢትዮጵያ ስታቲስቲክስ አገልግሎት የዋጋ መረጃ እንደሌለ ማረገጫ ሲሰጥ ከታወቀ አምራች እና ከአካባቢው የወቅቱ የገበያ ዋጋ ጥናት በሚገኝ መረጃ ይሆናል፡፡ የአቅርቦቱ ጊዜ 1/11/2018 እስከ 30/10/2019 ዓ.ም ይሆናል፡፡ አንድ አይነት ግበዓቶች በተለያዩ ምግብ ዝግጅት ውስጥ የሚካተቱት የመጠን እንጂ የነጠላ ዋጋ በተለያዩ ቦታ የተለያዩ ዋጋ ሆኖ መቅረብ ስለሌለበት በጥንቃቄ ዋጋዉን ይሙሉ ምሳሌ ጨው በብዙ ቦታ የሚደጋገም ስለሆነ የነጠላ ዋጋ አንድ አይነት ይሆናል ማለት ነዉ፡፡ የምግብ አቅርቦቱ የሚፈፀመዉ የመወዩ ሕክምና እና ጤና ሣይንስ ኮሌጅ በሚያዘጋጀዉ ሳምንታዊ ሜኑ መሠረት ግበዓቶቹ መለኪያዉን ፤ብዛቱን፤ሰዓቱን፤ ጥራቱን ወቅታዊ ነቱን ጠብቆ የሚከናወን ይሆናል፡፡ የየምግቦቹ በየተራ ቁጥራቸዉ ያለዉ ድምሮች በስተመጨረሻዉ አጠቃላይ ድምር ሆኖ የሚቀመጥ ስለሆነ ከተራ ቁጥር 1 እስከ 36 ተራ ቁጥር ያለውን የምግባ ዓይነቶች ድምር ትክክለኛኘቱን ያረጋገጡት አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት ከመ/ቤቱ ጋር ዉል በመግባት የምግብ አቅርቦቱ በዉል ስምምነቱ መሠረት የሚፈፀም ይሆናል፡፡ ሌሎች ጉዳዮች በውል ስምምነቱ ዉስጥ የሚካተቱ ይሆናሉ መ/ቤቱ የተሸለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጫረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነዉ የምግባ ግበዓቶቹ ዝርዝር ለብቻው አያየዘንልዎታልና በጥንቃቄ ይመልከቱት፡፡ ተወዳዳሪዎች በምግብ አቅርቦቱ በየምግቦቹ ውስጥ የሚካተቱትን የምግብ ግበዓቶች እንደየግበዓቱቹ መለኪያ የጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ የሚሞላ በጨረታ ወቅት በአካባቢው ያለዉን የገበያ ዋጋ በማጥናት ትክክለኝነትዎን በማረጋገጥ ከጫረታ ሰነዱ ሌላ የግበዓቶች ዋጋ ተሞልቶ የድርጅቶዎ ማህተም ያረፈበትን ማያያዝ እንዳዘነጉ፡፡ ለክፍያ የምግብ ኑዉትሪሽንስት ፤ሜኑ ተቆጣጣሪዎች ድፓርትሜንት ሄዶች እና የማናጅሜንት አካል ፈርመዉ ሲያረጋግጡ የሚከፈል ይሆናል፡፡
