Contract Title: Procurement of 462 Desktop Computers and 77 Printers for HCOimplementing Regions and Woredas support

1. The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Human Capital Operation (HCO) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Desktop Computers and Printers for HCO implementing Regions and Woredas support. The Ministry of Finance (MOF), Channel One Programs Coordinating Department now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following items.

Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers Procurement in investment project financing Goods, works and Non-Consulting Services July 2016 and revised 2017 and August 2018 and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Finance, Channel One Programs coordinating Department and inspect the bidding document during office hours 8:30 A.M - 5:00 PM at the address given below.

4. A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of birr 1500.00 (One thousand five hundred). The method of payment will be cash.

5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 30, July 2026 at 2:00 P.M Addis Ababa time; the bid shall be opened on 30, July 2026 at 2:30 P.M Addis Ababa time at the following address. Electronic Bidding shall not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below.
