CANCELLATION NOTICE

Reference is made to the "Equipment and Project Assets Sale Notice" previously published by Gedo - Fincha - Lemlem Bereha Road Upgrading Project, Contract 1: Gedo - Menebegna. Concerning Construction equipment, machinery, vehicles and project assets located at Wayu Town, East Welega Zone, Oromia Region, Ethiopia.

The aforesaid notice is hereby withdrawn, cancelled and declared null and void in its entirety. Accordingly, the public, companies, contractors, machinery dealers, mining operators and all other interested parties are hereby advised to disregard the said sale notice and refrain from taking any action based upon the contents thereof.

This Cancellation Notice shall take effect immediately upon publication. Gedo - Fincha - Lemlem Bereha Road Upgrading Project .Contract 1: Gedo-Menebegna.
