Action Africa Help International wants to rent a public bus to transport South Sudanese refugees based in Gambella, particularly in Moun area.

BID ANNOUNCEMENT

Action Africa Help International - Ethiopia (AAHI- Ethiopia) wants to rent a public bus (see detail in the table below) to transport South Sudanese refugees based in Gambella, particularly in Moun area.

We invite interested Bus service providers to participate in this BID. Note that suppliers are required to submit price quotations/ pro-forma invoices for the item within Ten (10) consecutive days from the date of the announcement.

The bidders shall be duly registered and should have a valid license and renewed trade license under the laws of Ethiopia and possess TIN Registration Certificate. Applicants/Suppliers need to deliver the per-forma to:

AAHI Ethiopia Office:

• AAHI Country office Address Yeka Sub-city, Haya Hulet Area, Infront of Glagol Building on the way to Shola around 200 meters (+251-92 081 6806) 
• AAHI Gambella Field Office Address: Gambella city, Kebele 05, in front of Metadel Hotel (251 91 399 4456)

Remark:

• A total of 50,000 (Fifty Thousand) refugees are expected to be relocated in Gambella region from Moun (Transit site) to Tormorok with an approximate of 30 kilometers. However, the number of refugees to be transported can be less or higher accordingly.
• Please provide the cost per person.
• Please provide bank details (Dashen Bank is preferred)
• Please indicate the prices are VAT 15% inclusive or Not
• The selected supplier must provide the buses immediately once agreement is signed
• Previous refugee relocation experience in other areas is a plus.
• AAHI-E reserves the right to inspect all proposed vehicles to verify safety and roadworthiness prior to contract award.
