11D invites sealed bids from all eligible and qualified bidders, technically competent, and have valid licenses for the supply of the below items/service for 11D Afar Regional Coordination Office.

 Renewed & Valid trade license,

• Requirements: (Eligibility criteria)
•  Value Added Registration (VAT) certificate,
• Tax Identification certificate,
• Bid security bond of 5% of the bid amount before Tax by CPO which is Valid for 30 days beginning on the date the bid is opened on a separate Envelop,

Instruction:

• Bid documents with the detail description of items can be obtained from imagine 1 day Afar Regional Coordination Office located at Afar Semera Town Near by the new bus station or Dini Hotel from 23-Jun-2026 to 30-Jun-2026 by paying 200 birrs via Imagine 1 Day CBE.
• Both financial and technical document with all legal documents (two copies-one original and one copy) in a stamp envelope should be separately submitted to imagine 1 day Country Office, by only 01-Jul-2026 at 10:00AM.
• Bid will be closed on 01-Jul-2026 at 10:00AM and opened on 01-Jul-2026 at 10:30AM for in the presence of bidders or their legal representative who choose to attend at imagine 1 Day Country office,
• The winner shall deliver the materials within 10 (ten) days from the date of the agreement/PO signed.
• Imagine 1day, reserves the right to accept or reject the whole or part of any or all bids,
