1. Development for All (DFA) is a local civil society organization established in 2016 with a vision to see just and inclusive societies where everyone lives in dignity DFA promotes the rights of minorities and other vulnerable grows including people affected by humanitarian situations, persons with disabilities, youth, women, and children
2. Development for All (DPA) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of 4 Laptop computers and 4 Multifunctional color printer. The detailed Technical Specifications of the Goods are provided in the Bidding Documents
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the DFA office at Lemi Kura Sub city, CMC Micheal area, Economics Association Building, 2nd floor, Office Number 206 and Contact 09 13 33 94 84
4. Item included in the bid must be confirmed according to the specification stated in the bid document to ensure fair competition. Any discrepancy may result in disqualification.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidden payment of a non-refundable fee of 300 ETB (three hundred Ethiopian Birr)
6. Bids must be delivered to the above office from June, 19 2626-July 03,2026 10.AM and must be accompanied by a bid security of 10,000 Birr(Ten thousand birr) in the form of CPO or Bid Bond issued by a recognized bank that must remain valid for 15 days after the end of the bid submission date.
7. Bids will be opened in public and in the presence of bidders' representatives and anyone who choose to attend at 10 AM on July 03, 2026 at DFA office at Lemi Kara Sub city, CMC Micheal area, Economics Association Building, 2nd floor, Office Number 206
8. The items will be delivered and handed over to the DFA Office Lemi Kura Sub city, CMC Micheal area, Economics Association Building, 2nd floor, Office Number 206
9. Eligibility requirements are as follows:
   • The bidder shall have a Trade license valid for the current fiscal year
   • The bidder shall provide a trade registration certificate
   • The bidder shall provide VAT Registration Certificate and Tax Clearance Certificate for the current fiscal year. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents.
10. Development for All reserves the right to reject any Bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all Bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.
