The Rehabilitation and Development Organization (RaDO) is inviting bids to rent two double cabin pickup vehicles (Model KUN25L or equivalent, 2018 and above) for project implementation.

RaDO would like to rent two vehicle for project implementation

The tender is for Vehicle rental with fuel (double cabin pickup). Vehicle Specifications (Double Cabin Pickup) Model: KUN25L or equivalent, Engine: 4-cylinder, Year: 2018 and above, Fuel type: Diesel, Seating capacity: 4 seats

• The vehicle should have two spare tires, spanner, wheel wrench, hydraulic jack, fire extinguisher, and shovel.

Pricing Conditions

• Vehicle rent price and fuel price per liter must be quoted separately.
• Fuel consumption standard: 1 liter = 8 km drive.

Bidder Obligations

• Provide renewed insurance certificate for each vehicle.
• Demonstrate capacity to immediately replace any vehicle that breaks down.
• Ensure all vehicles are in good condition and fully equipped.

Bid Requirements

• Legal trade license
• Tax clearance certificate
• Renewed business license (2018 E.C.)
• Supplier profile with evidence of similar work
• TIN and VAT registration
• Renewed insurance certificate for vehicles
• Capacity to immediately replace vehicles if needed
