Terms and Conditions

1. The University has the right to cancel the bid fully or partially. (ዩኒቨርሲቲው ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብት አለው።) 2. Bidders are required to provide a bank guarantee of 600,000 birr in person. (ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን 600,000 ብር የባንክ ዋስትና በአካል ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡) 3. Bidders must submit their Private Key number before to the bid opening date. (አቅራቢዎች የጨረታ መለያ ቁጥራቸውን ከጨረታ መክፈቻው ቀን ቀድመው መላክ አለባችው።) 4. The Awarding organization is are required to complete the 3-year license by reviewing the full documentation attached on the system.
