In line with this commitment, Ethio telecom invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified, experienced, and internationally recognized training providers both local and international to deliver professional training programs and certification examination services across relevant technology and business domains. The selected training providers are expected to offer globally recognized, industry-standard training and certification programs that enhance employee competencies, support organizational capability development, and align with Ethio telecom's strategic objectives and evolving business needs.
OBJECTIVE
This Expression of Interest (EOI) is intended to identify experienced and reputable training providers.

All training providers should submit their company profile: Interested firms shall submit a detailed company profile outlining their corporate background, years of experience, accreditation status, training and certification capabilities, key personnel, major clients, and relevant experience in delivering internationally recognized training and certification examination services. The submission shall include Proven experience in delivering training programs for corporate clients and well-established organizations, client references, testimonial letters, copies of relevant accreditations, and other supporting documents demonstrating the firm's qualifications and capacity to perform the required services. Please note that you are not requested to comply and submit our standard training lists. Instead, you are requested to provide your own specialized training catalogs, clearly outlining areas of expertise, course offerings, and relevant certification programs. |

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS AND SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES
1. Be sure to response the document in paper folder if you submit hard copy on the stated office.
2. The attachments should be submitted in folder properly when your response submitted by e-mail.
3. Interested suppliers should submit their responses to aklilu.berhanua@ethiotelecom.et, mintesenot.tezera@ethiotelecom.et or you can submit your response in person to Ethio Telecom Head Quarter, Churchill road, 3rd Floor Room Number 307, not later than Tuesday 7th of July 2026 until 5:00PM.
4. Suppliers who did not work with ethio telecom previously can register on our ERP at www.ethiotelecom.et supplier portal and Register. Then fill what the template requests and attach the documents that it requests.

Any such decisions made will be final and no correspondence will be engaged into other than for the purpose of informing the suppliers for the outcome.
