Oxfam is seeking proposals for the production of social media content to support a campaign on Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and Mental Health as part of the V.E.R.S.O. project in Shire and Addis Ababa.

Oxfam is conducting Request for Quotation (RFQ) process and invites you to submit a proposal to provide Oxfam, withintheir requirements for social media products-covering the graphic design of 10 digital flyers, production and editing of 3 animations and motion graphics, and five 60-second videos.

TITLE: Production of Social Media Products/contents Brief description of the assignment: Oxfam is implementing the V.E.R.S.O. - Eliminated Violence, Social Reintegration Opportunities for Survivors of Gender-Based Violence and People with Mental Health Problems in Ethiopia (AID 12933) in Shire and Addis Ababa, in consortium with Amref Health Africa. As part of the project's activities, a social media campaign on GBV and Mental Health will be conducted. To support this campaign, the procurement of the following services is required:

• Design of 10 graphic layouts for digital flyers
•  Production and editing of 5 videos (each 1 minute in duration)
• Development of 3 animation and motion graphics pieces

Specific considerations: All content focusing on GBV and mental health advocacy must be strictly reviewed by Oxfam and aligned with Oxfam and donor communication guidelines.

The key tasks, scopes and deliverables required for these services and the essential requirements are clearly stated in the TOR. Interested service providers are invited to collect the TOR documents from Oxfam in Ethiopia, which is in the address below starting from July 2, 2026. Bidders are required to carefully read through the TOR documents and return their responses on or before July 9, 2026, at 4:30 p.m.

This invitation to RFQ has been issued for the sole purpose of obtaining offers for the supply of services against the specification contained within the TOR. OXFAM reserves the right not to enter or award a contract as result of this invitation to tender. OXFAM also reserves the right to terminate any contract issued because of this invitation to tender as set out in the contract terms and conditions.
