- Terms and Conditions: 1. በጨረታው ላይ ለመሳተፍ ህጋዊ የሆኑ የንግድ ፍቃድ ሰነዶችን እና በጨረታው ላይ የተጠየቁትን ሁሉንም አስፈላጊ የሆኑ የሰነድ ማስረጃዎች ማሟላት አለባቸው፡፡ 2. አሸናፊው ድርጅት ያሸነፈባቸውን እቃዎች በራሱ ትራንስፖርት ሰንዳፋ ከተማ የኢትዮጵያ ፖሊስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ግምጃ ቤት በማቅረብ የዲዛይን፣ ተከላ እና ገጠማ ስራውን በመስራት፣ ለሰራተኞች ስልጠና በመስጠት ስራውን ጨርሶ ማስረከብ አለበት፡፡ 3. ለዳታ ሴንተር ማዕከል ግንባታ የሚያገለግሉ ሁሉም እቃዎች የጥራት ደረጃቸውን የጠበቁ መሆን ስላለበት የጥራት ዋስትና፣ እና የአምራች ድርጅት ማረጋገጫ(MAF) ያስፈልጋቸዋል፡፡ 4. ተጫራቾች በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ (Unconditional BID bond Bank Guarantee) ዋናውን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ከአንድ ቀን በፊት ኢትዮጵያ ፖሊስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ አስተዳደር ህንፃ ቢሮ ቁጥር 02 በአካል ማቅረብ የሚጠበቅባችሁ ሲሆን ይህን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ስካን በማድረግ በE-GP ሲስተም ሊይ ከጨረታ ሰነዳችሁ ጋር ማያያዝ ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡ 5. የእቃዎቹን ዝርዝር መገለጫ(ቴክኒካል ስፔካቸውን) በማየት በሲስተሙ ላይ ለእያንዳንዱ እቃዎች የራሳችሁን ስፔስፊኬሽን እንድታስገቡ/እንድታያይዙ እንገልጻለን፡፡ 6. ለዳታ ሴንተር ማዕከል ግንባታ የሚያስፈልጉ እቃዎች፣ ስለ ዝርጋታው፣ ዲዛይኑ እና አጠቃላይ ሁኔታው በአንድ ጥራዝ በፒዲኤፍ ተዘጋጅቶ ስላለ የመወዳደሪያ ሰነድ ከማስገባታችሁ በፊት በሲስተሙ ውስጥ specific requirement ፔጅ ውስጥ በመግባት እያንዳንዱን ነጥብ በጥንቃቄ ማየት አለባችሁ፡፡ 7. ጨረታው ሲከፈት በሰዓቱ ኪ-ኮድ ሸር ያላደረገ ተጫራች በኋላ ለሚመጣው ችግር መስሪያ ቤታችን ኃላፊነቱን አይወስድም፡፡ 8. ከጥቃቅንና አነስታኛ ተቋም የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ የምታመጡ ድርጅቶችየምታመጡት ደብዳቤ በ2017ዓ.ም በወጣው የግዥ መመረያ መሰራት ከአደራጃችሁ ተቋምበትክክል የተጻፈ፣ የግንኙነት አድራሻ ያለው፣ በደብዳቤው ላይ የጨረታውን አይነት/የጨረታ መለያ ቁጥሩ/ እና የገንዘቡ መጠን መገለጽ አለበት፡፡ 9. ጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ድርጅቶች የጨረታ መተማመኛ ቅጽ specific requirement ላይ በፒዲኤፍ ስላስቀመጥን ቅጹን እንደ አንድ ህጋዊ ሰነድ/legal document/ ሞልታችሁ እንድታቀርቡ እናሳስባለን፡፡
