Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics would like to Invite Interested and Eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Low-bed / Capacity 60 Tons from bidders who can fulfill the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Bidders who engage in the sector shall present Renewed and relevant trade licenses certificate, Trade license registration certificate, VAT registration, Tax clearance certificates, TIN certificates, and supplier list registration certificates.

2. Foreign Bidders shall submit business organization registration certificate or trade license issued by the country of establishment and shall be authenticated by embassy of Ethiopia in the country were your company has been licensed or registered before contract signing.

3. To access the tender document bidders shall register on our enterprise supplier list by using the link https://ehog.fa.em2.oraclecloud.com/fscmUI/faces/PrcPosRegisterSupplier?prcBuld=300000003585149  or register in person at ESL Head Office 10th floor procurement department upon fulfilling trade license certificate and TIN (Taxpayer Registration Certificate) If bidders are foreigners, shall present business registration certification from the country of establishment starting from the date of this announcement. 

4. The bid shall be valid for 60 days after the system bid closing date.

5. The amount of the bid security shall be 500,000.00 Ethiopian Birr (five hundred thousand ETB) or equivalent amount of foreign currencies that shall be valid for 88 days. The type of acceptable bid security is: - unconditional bank guarantee or cash payment order (CPO). The bid security shall denominate in freely convertible currency acceptable to the purchaser or currency of payment of the contract in accordance with their portion of contract Price. Securities issued by foreign banks or financial institutions shall be counter-guaranteed by an Ethiopian commercial banks which shall be remained in force for a period of 60 days plus 28= 88

 6. The deadline for bid submission is the date and time of the ERP System.

7. Ethiopian Shipping & Logistics Services Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject the bids partially or totally.
