Ripple Effect International (REI) invites sealed price quotations from eligible, qualified, and legally registered printing enterprises for the printing and supply of official financial and operational vouchers.

Ripple Effect International (REI) is a registered Foreign Charity in Ethiopia, established in March 2006, working toward a confident, thriving, and sustainable rural Ethiopia.

REI now invites sealed price quotations from eligible, qualified, and legally registered printing enterprises for the printing and supply of official financial and operational vouchers.

The required quantities are 80 pads each of Bank Payment Voucher, Petty Cash Payment Voucher, and Cash Receipt Voucher; and 40 pads each of Goods Receiving Voucher, Purchase Requisition Form, and Goods Issue Voucher. Detailed technical specifications and template layouts are available upon request.

All bidders must submit a renewed Business License, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, and valid Tax Clearance Certificate. Price quotations must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "QUOTATION -REI/PRINT/001/2026" and delivered in person to Ripple Effect International Ethiopia, SA Building, 7th Floor, Kazanchis, Menelik Il Avenue, P.O. Box 19453, Addis Ababa.

The bid closing date is July 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM, with bid opening at 2:30 PM on the same date. Quotations submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. The quotation validity period shall be 45 calendar days from the date of bid opening.

REI reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations and is not bound to accept the lowest quotation. REI also reserves the right to cancel the bidding process at any time without incurring any liability.
