Q1. For international bidders, are business license, tax clearance and VAT/registration documents
from the bidder’s country of registration acceptable?

• A1. This invitation to bid is restricted to vendors legally authorized to operate in Ethiopia, either independently or through joint ventures.

Q2. What is the delivery deadline for 160 tablets, 20 laptops and 40 tablets?

• A2. - The 160 tables should be delivered within 30 days of signing of PO.
• - The 20 tablets and 40 laptops should be delivered from Stock for the full quantities to be confirmed at the time of bid submission.

Q3. What currency is accepted?

• A3. Ethiopian Birr (ETB) and United States Dollar (USD) are acceptable.

Q4 What is the submission deadline for this bid?
