INVITATION FOR NATIONAL COMPETITIVE

BIDDING (NCB) TENDER NO. LNC 001/2026

Lemi National Cement Plc, a leading cement manufacturer private company, invites all interested, eligible, and qualified bidders for the supply of 2000 units of Rear 12.00R20, 22PR with tube & flap heavy duty track tire.

A complete set of bid documents can be obtained against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200 /Two hundred /from the main cashier at Tore Haiyloch around Awash wine, EAH Buildings, Addis Ababa.

The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 500,000 (Five hundred birr) in the form of bank guarantee, and CPO. The Bid security shall remain valid for at least 28 days beyond the bid validity period.

Bidder's requests for clarification may be submitted up to five (5) days before the bid submission deadline.

Technical and financial bids must be submitted in one sealed envelope enclosed clearly marked with the tender reference and addressed to Lemi National Cement PLC.

The bid bond will be sealed in a separate envelope and marked bid bond.

The closing date is July 17, 2026 at 10:00 AM and the bid will be opened at the same date at 10:30 AM in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives at Lemi National Cement PLC office 1st floor No.104.

Lemi National Cement PLC reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
