Terms and Conditions

1. የቴክኒክ ግምገማ የሚያተኩረዉ ተጫረቾች ከሚያቀርቡት የቴክኒክ ፕሮፖዛል በተጨማሪ የሆቴሉን አደረጃጀትና ለአገልግሎት አሰጣጥ ያለዉን አመቺነት በአካል በማየት ይሆናል። 2. ባለስልጣን መ/ቤቱ የሆቴሎቹን የአዳራሽ፣ የአልጋ፣የተሸከርካሪ ማቆሚያዎችን(ቢያንስ 50 መኪኖችን ማቆም የሚችል የራሱ የሆነ ማቆሚያ ያለዉ) ሌሎች የሆቴሉ ግቢ አመቺነት በአካል በማየት መ/ቤቱ ለሚፈልገዉ አገልግሎቶች ምቹ አለማሆናቸዉን ካመነበት ከዉድድሩ ዉጪ ሊያደርግ ይችላል። 3. አዳራሾቹ ከዉጪ የሚገባ የድምጽ መከላከያ ያለቸዉ እና አላስፈላጊ ድምጽ የማይገባባቸዉ መሆን አለባቸው። በአዳራሾች መሀል እይታን የሚከለክል ኮለን መኖር የለበትም። 4. አዳራሾቹ በቂ የሆነ የኤሲ ሲስተም የተገጠመላቸዉ መሆን አለባቸው። ተጫራቾች የአደራሽ ዋጋ የማያስከፍሉ(ነጻ) ከሆነ ዋጋ መስጫዉ ላይ ዜሮ ማድረግ ይችላሉ። ዋጋ የሚሰጡ ከሆነ ግን ዋጋ መስጠት ያለባቸዉ የአንድ ቀን ዋጋ መሆን አለበት። በሰው መስጠት አይቻልም( price should be quoted per day not per person)። 5. አንድ ሆቴል አሸናፊ የሚሆነው የሁሉም አገልግሎቶች ዋጋዎች ተደምረው በጥቅል አነስተኛ ዋጋ ሲሆን ነው። 6. ዋጋው ውል ከተፈረመበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለሁለት አመት(730 days) የፀና ስለመሆኑ መገለፅ ያለበት ሲሆን ካልተገለፀ ዋጋው ለሁለት አመት የፀና እንዲሁም ሁሉንም ወጪ ያካተተ ነዉ ተብሎ ይታሰባል። 7. ከባለ አራት ኮከብ ከተወዳደሩት ዉስጥ በጥቅል ዋጋ አነስተኛ የሆነዉ አንድ ሆቴል አሸናፊ ይሆናል። 8. ባለስልጣን መ/ቤቱ በሚወክለዉ ኮሚቴ መሰረት ሆቴሎች የተጠየቁትን የሆቴል ደረጃና መስፈርት ማሟላታቸዉን በአካል ከተገመገመ በኋላ በኮሚቴዉ ግምገማ መሰረት ብቁ ናቸዉ ተብለዉ ከተለዩት ሆቴሎች መካከል በጥቅል ዋጋ አነስተኛ ዋጋ የሰጠው ሆቴል ከመ/ቤታችን ጋር የሁለት ዓመት የውል ስምምነት በሲስተም ይፈጽማሉ። 9. ተጫራቾች በጨረታዉ መክፈቻ ቀን ያልተሟሉ ሰነዶች ካሉ እንዲያሟሉ ከተጠየቁበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት ሁለት ተከታታይ ቀናት ዉስጥ በሲስተም ካላስገቡ ውድቅ ይደረጋሉ። 10. ተጫራቾች በጨረታዉ ማስገቢያ የመጨረሻ ሰዓት ጀምሮ በአንድ ሰዓት ዉስጥ private key share ማድረግ አለባቸው። ሰዓቱ ካለፈ ሲስተሙ ለማስገባ ስለማይፈቅድና በማኑዋል ማስገባት ስለማይቻል ቀድመዉ ማስገባት ይጠበቅባቸዋል። 11. ተጫራቾች Specific requirement ላይ የተጫነዉን Anti-bribery pledge form አዉርደዉ ፈርመዉና ማህተም አድርገዉ መጫን ማያያዝ(attach) አለባቸው። 12. ባለስልጣን መ/ቤቱ ማብራሪያ ከፈለገ ተጫራቾችን የሚጠይቀዉ በኢጂፒ ሲስተም ብቻ ሲሆን ተጨራቾችን ማናቸዉንም ማብራሪያ የሚጠይቁትና የተጠየቁትን ማስረጃዎችና የማብራሪያ መልሶች የሚያስገቡት በኢጂፒ ሲስተም ብቻ መሆን አለበት። 13. የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀን በበአል ቀን ወይም ቅዳሜና እሁድ ከሆነ የጨረታዉ መክፈቻ ቀን በሚቀጥለዉ የስራ ቀን ይሆናል። 14. ተጫራቾች በሲስተም ላይ ያሲያዙትን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋናዉን በአካል መ/ቤቱ ድረስ ማቅረብ አለባቸው። 15.ባለስልጣን መ/ቤቱ ጨረታዉን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዘ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
