1.Ethiopian Mineral Corporation, invites eligible vendors to indicate their Expression of Interest to provide their interest to for two different Lots bellow, so interested vendors should provide their Expression of Interest demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience as per the request for Expression of Interest.

Lot-1 Establish internationally accredited state of the Art Laboratory for Gemstone and Gems-Jewelry grading and Certification Project Located at Addis Ababa Main Office.

Lot-2 Feasibility study for the Rehabilitation and Expansion of Kaolin Processing Factory Located at Oromia Regional State West Guji Zone Arda Jila Me-iboko Woreda.

2. Interested vendors shall collect the Request for Expression of Interest document by paying a non-refundable sum of Birr 500.00 /Five Hundred Birr/from July 13/2026, from EMC HQ Block No. 2 Marketing department during office hours (Monday to Friday from 2:30-6:30 Morning and 7:30- 11:00 Afternoon. Local time).

3. Eligible Vendors shall be a valid Trade License, TIN, VAT, Current Tax Clearance, Suppliers Registration Certificates and relevant professional practice certificate.

4. Interested vendors shall be quite sure to state their direct line number, cell phone number, and e-mail address of their organization correctly while collecting the Request for Expression of Interest document.

5. Expression of Interest must be delivered in a written form to the address below up to July 20/2026.
