REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)

Enhanced Rural Self Help Association (ERSHA), is a registered local civil society organization has been implementing development and humanitarian programs in the country since 1998.

ERSHA under the STRONGER HER project has planned to procure a total of 6 threshers 3 for Teff and 3 for Faba Bean which will be owned and managed by organized women groups residing in Toke Kutaye Woreda, North Shewa Zone, Oromia Region.

ERSHA hereby invites qualified suppliers to submit sealed price quotations including the below technical requirements within 10 consecutive days of this announcement.

1. Power source (Diesel generator) and capacity (HP)

2. Technical features and performance

• Threshing capacity (kg/hr)
• Threshing efficiency (%)
• Cleaning efficiency (%)
• Seed damage (%)
• Means of transport to move the machine from place to place

3. The type of materials used to produce the machine

4. Height, Width, Length and weight of the machines

5. List of available accessories and attachments

6. Provide training on machine operation, oil changing, routine maintenance, etc..

7. Warranty and after sales service

8. Means and date of delivery to the project sites

9. Any other relevant information
