INVITATION FOR IT EQUIPEMENT SUPPLY BID
Ethio Wetlands and Natural Resources Association (EWNRA) is a non-political, non-religious, and not-for-profit local civil society organization working in sustainable wetlands and natural resources management, forest conservation, and livelihood improvement to achieve environmental and development goals in Ethiopia.
EWNRA invites qualified suppliers to submit their price quotations for the supply of various IT equipment in accordance with the provided specifications.

Interested suppliers are invited to submit their formal and detailed quotations (Pro forma invoices) in a sealed envelope along with the following documents:
- Valid registration certificate for participation in tenders issued by the Ministry of Finance;
- Renewed business license;
- VAT registration certificate;
- Bid security (CPO) amounting to ETB 20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Birr only) issued by a domestic bank. The CPO shall guarantee payment to Ethio Wetlands and Natural Resources Association (EWNRA) in accordance with the bid requirements.
Submission Deadline: Monday, July 27, 2026, at or before 2:00 PM (08:00 local time).
Delivery Requirement: Immediate stock availability is required.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
