1. Oromia Agricultural Cooperatives Federation Ltd Assela Malt Factory invites all interested and eligible bidders for the Procurement and delivery for

• Lot:1 Mechanical and Electrical Machinery Spare parts (Europe origin) and
• Lot:2 Laboratory Equipment's

2. A complete set of Bidding documents can be obtained from our Head Office located at Addis Ababa from German square to Michael square beside Jemo Michael Church Oromia Agricultural Cooperatives Federation Ltd Building 6th floor office No 6 and Assela Malt Factory around Assela town at Kulumsa kebele up on payment through Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Account No:1000257808697 or COOP Bank 1000043405229 of non refundable fee Birr 1,000.00 (One thousand Birr) or equivalent in any freely convertible currency starting from the first announcement of this Invitation to Bid on Ethiopian Herald during office hours: Monday to Friday Before noon 2:00-6:00, Afternoon 7:00-10:00 (Ethiopian Local Time)

3. Foreign bidders who do not have local agents in Ethiopia and wishes to get bidding documents directly can get it by mail, in person or through their Embassies in Ethiopia up on the payment of non-refundable fee amount stated in No.2 above.

4. The Bidders are requested to quote their best Competitive price in FOB, CIF, FCA and cost of related services separately: the unit and total price shall be quoted in currency of US Dollars or Euro. The procuring entity reserves the right to choose either of the INCOTERMS.

5. Bidders must have accompanied by bid security for Lot: 1 of birr 400,000.00 (Four Hundred thousand Birr) and for lot: 2 of birr 200,000.00 (two hundred thousand) and equivalent in the form of CPO or an unconditional bank guarantee. Security issued by foreign banks shall be counter guaranteed by the Ethiopian Commercial banks.

6. Bids must be submitted to Oromia Agricultural Cooperatives Federation Ltd our head Office Located in Addis Ababa; OACF ltd Building 7th floor office No.10 in the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before 11:00 AM on 22th day of the first announcement of this bid notice on newspaper and Opening time at 11:30 AM if the 22th day is not a working day the bid will be opened on the next working day.

7. The bidder shall seal the original and copy of the financial and technical offers in separate envelopes duly marking as "original and "copy" of financial and technical offers" and shall seal both in an outer envelope.

8. Bids will be publicly opened at Addis Ababa our Head office with the of the bidders or their legal representatives.

9. Failure to comply with any of the conditions above shall result in automatic rejection.

10. Our factory reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
