CALL FOR PROPOSALS: DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A DIGITAL LEARNING ECOSYSTEM

The Skilled Workforce for Innovation and Financial Sector Transformation Program (SWIFT), implemented by BKP Economic Advisors in partnership with the National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE) and the Mastercard Foundation, invites qualified firms to submit proposals for the design, development, deployment, and support of a Digital Learning Ecosystem for the Ethiopian Institute of Financial Studies (EIFS)

The assignment aims to establish a scalable, secure, and future-ready digital learning platform that will support competency-based training across Ethiopia's financial sector. The solution will include a Learning Management System (LMS), skills assessment and certification tools, workforce linkage capabilities, analytics and reporting, Al-enabled learning features, and support for online, in-person, and hybrid learning delivery.
