Willows International is seeking qualified and eligible vendors to supply and deliver laptop computers (Intel Core 5, 7, and Ultra 5) and LCD projectors to support its reproductive health program implementation across three regions in Ethiopia.

INVITATION TO BID
Since its establishment in 1997, Willows International (WI) has developed and implemented various versions of a client management system that improves the performance of community-level health care providers and enables women to receive significantly improved, customized, and timely information, services, referrals, and follow-ups in reproductive health care. Willows International has specifically focused on applying its client management system, the Willows Box System, for the betterment of the reproductive choices and services women are offered and receive. Through its programs during the past three decades, Willows empowered over three million women and their partners to develop informed opinions, attitudes, and motivations, and utilize existing family planning and sexual reproductive health (FP/SRH) services that meet their individual needs, situations, and preferences. Willows International is committed to supporting individuals and communities in achieving their reproductive health goals through the provision of high-quality information and services.
As part of its program implementation in Ethiopia, which will be conducted across three regions, Willows International intends to procure laptop computers. and LCD projector. The purpose of this bid is to identify qualified and eligible vendors who can supply and deliver the required items according to the stated specifications, within the required timeframe, and at a competitive price.
Interested and eligible bidders are invited to submit their sealed bids to the Willows International Ethiopia Office located at: Kirkos Sub-City, Woreda 9, Flamingo Area, Minaye Office Park, 5th Floor
Bidders are required to submit separate sealed envelopes containing their technical proposal and financial proposal. Bidders must also include all required supporting documents as specified in the bidding requirements.
Bid Submission Requirements
Interested bidders are required to submit the following documents and information as part of their bid submission:
- Renewed business registration certificate.
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate and TIN registration.
- Certificate of good bid performance or evidence of successful delivery history.
- Bid documents must be stamped and signed by an authorized representative of the organization.
- Names and contact details of at least three (3) previous customers who have received similar supplies.
- Samples of the proposed items must be submitted together with the bid documents, clearly labeled with the name of the bidding firm.
Bid Submission and Opening Schedule
The bid submission period will remain open for six (6) consecutive calendar days, starting from the date of bid announcement on Friday, July 17, 2026, and closing on Friday, July 24, 2026, at 12:00 PM. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 2:00 PM.
Bidders are required to submit their offers, consisting of separate technical and financial proposals/price schedules, in sealed envelopes in accordance with the bid specifications provided in the bid document. The bid opening will be conducted in the presence of participating bidders or their representatives.
Willows International Ethiopia reserves the right to request additional information from prospective bidders and to reject any or all bids that do not meet the minimum requirements.
Willows International Ethiopia also reserves the right to reject bids when deemed to be in the best interest of the organization and/or the communities it serves, without incurring any liabity.
Note that refurbished Laptops and unlicensed operating systems are not acceptable.
