The Leaders in Teaching (LITE) Ethiopia initiative is a Mastercard Foundation-supported program implemented by Imaginelday, Education Development Trust and Geneva Global. The program aims to strengthen learning outcomes and significantly increase the number of secondary school students transitioning to university, TVET, or dignified employment.

Education Development Trust (EDT) is non-profit organization implement the LITE program operating in Oromia and Central Ethiopia.

Education Development Trust Ethiopia invites sealed bids from all eligible and qualified bidders who are technically competent and have valid licenses for the supply of the below specified material.

Education Development Trust Ethiopia is looking for a potential supplier to supply and deliver School Safe Space

Materials and Counselling Hub Furniture for its LITE Program.

Delivery places and other details are available in the Bid document to be collected from EDT Ethiopia program office.

Mandatory eligibility criteria:

• Renewed & Valid trade license for related items,
• Value Added Registration (VAT) certificate,
• Tax Identification certificate (TIN),
• Tax Clearance,
• VAT declaration of Recent Month,
• Bid security bond of 1% by CPO only, which is Valid for 60 days beginning from the date of bid opening, in a separate Envelop.

• Bid documents can be obtained from July 20,2026 to July 29,2026 electronically or by collecting Hard Copy.

Bid document collection:

• Electronically: Sending an email with attachment of renewed and relevant business license to SSA Ethiopia Procurement team through etprocurement@educationdevelopmenttrust.com  with a subject

"Request for Bid Document".

• Hard copy Collection:
• Collecting hard copy bid document by presenting relevant and renewed business license and legal delegation letter if representative of legal entity.
• Hard copy bid document collection days and time:
  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 Am - 5:00 PM (3:00Am to 11:00PM local time)
  • Friday: 9:00 Am - 7:00 PM (3:00Am to 1:00PM local time)

Bid will be closed on July 29,2026 at 5:00 PM (11:00 PM local time) and opened on July 30,2026 at 10:00 AM (4:00 Local time) in the presence of bidders or their legal representative at EDT office.
