1. Introduction
Habesha Breweries S.C. is one of Ethiopia's leading beverage companies, founded in 2009 by thousands of Ethiopian shareholders alongside Dutch beverage company Royal Swinkels with a vision to build an authentically Ethiopian brand connecting with communities across the country. The company began commercial distribution in 2015 and has since grown into Ethiopia's top beverage producer, with brands including Negus Malt, Feta Beer and Kidame Beer alongside its flagship Habesha Beer. Habesha's brewery plant is located in Debre Birhan, approximately 130 kilometers north of Addis Ababa, from where its products are distributed nationwide.

2. Qualification Criteria
- Standard warehouse meeting HBSC's quality, food safety, and storage requirements.
- A minimum of 2 Secondary sales trucks (Isuzu NPR/FSR) for Door-to-Door delivery to retailers. The number of sales trucks may be higher depending on the market potential and business requirements.
- A minimum working capital of ETB 10 million, exclusive of fixed asset investments. The required working capital may be higher depending on the market potential and business requirements.
- Self-collection for primary distribution is encouraged.
- Adequate and qualified warehouse, sales, and distribution workforce.
- Proven FMCG distribution experience.
- Strong knowledge of the assigned market, with proficiency in the local language, established social capital within the community, and a solid understanding of local culture and consumer behavior.
3. Submission Requirement
- The application shall include but not be limited to:
- Valid business license, VAT registration, TIN certificate, and tax clearance certificate.
- Kebele ID/Fayda of the Business Owner
- Business account Bank statement for the last 6 months.
- Company profile outlining business background, distribution capability, and relevant experience.
- Documentation of warehouse ownership/lease and vehicle ownership/lease.
- Vehicle information, including quantity, type and load capacity
