humedica e.V Ethiopia is a humanitarian organization supporting vulnerable communities through various humanitarian, development, primary health care and nutrition programs. As part of its nutrition program, humedica has begun school feeding initiative in Bishoftu town of Fana primary school. To this end, humedica wants to purchase a range of food and non-food items to provide meals for 500 school children in Bishoftu town. Therefore, humedica intends to sign a one-year agreement with qualified suppliers. Suppliers who can provide all or at least 50% of the listed items are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Requirements:

Interested and eligible suppliers must submit the following documents:

• Valid business license specific for food items supply.
• VAT registration certificate.
• Proof of experience in supplying similar items (at least 2 references or past contracts).
• Evidence of financial and technical capacity to deliver the re- quested items on time.
• Willingness to enter into a one-year agreement.
• Suppliers should provide samples of the items they will supply.
• Bid Collection and Submission Details:
• Bid documents can be collected free of charge from the humedica Ethiopia office, located at Mekanisa Abo Mazoria, behind Yilma Hotel, during working hours (Monday to Friday).
• Completed bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes within the same 10 consecutive days from the date of this announcement.
• Bid opening will take place on the next working day after the submission deadline at 10:30 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their legal representative.

Important Notes:

• Suppliers must present Valid Trade license and TIN to obtain ten- der document.
• Suppliers may bid for all or at least 50% of the items.
• Bids must clearly indicate the items being applied for.
• humedica e.V Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, partially or fully, without providing a reason.
• Only shortlisted suppliers will be contacted.
