Introduction

Center of Concern (CoC) is an Ethiopian non-governmental organization established in 2005 and registered with the government (Charity Registration No. 3160). CoC works to empower and support marginalized communities, youth, women, and internally displaced persons (IDPs) across Ethiopia through development, human rights & peace building, and humanitarian programs. Our projects focus on providing long-term solutions to problems of poverty, hunger, illiteracy, ill health, injustice, and inequalities and essential lifesaving and rehabilitation support in Ethiopia

To support our program operations and field activities, CoC is seeking to procure one SUV Electric vehicle. We invite qualified suppliers to submit their quotations for the vehicle as per the specifications.

Quotation Requirements

Quotations must include the following information:

• Price: Quoted in Ethiopian Birr (ETB), inclusive of all taxes.

• Delivery Schedule: Proposed delivery timeline for the vehicle.

.Warranty Terms: Details of warranty coverage and duration.

• After-Sales Support: Detailed description of available maintenance services and technical support.

• Validity: Quotation validity period (minimum 30 days).

• Licenses: Copy of valid Ethiopian business license and VAT Certificate.

Dealership Proof: Proof of authorized dealership or distributorship.

Submission Deadline

Deadline: No later than 12:00 PM on July 31, 2026.

Terms and Condition

Payment: full payment will be made only after 100% delivery and acceptance of the vehicle.

Evaluation Criteria: Quotations will be evaluated based on:

• Technical compliance with the specifications above
• Price
• Delivery schedule
• Warranty terms
• Inspection and Acceptance: The vehicle will be inspected and formal acceptance will be completed within 7 days if specifications are met.
• Late Delivery: Penalties will apply for late delivery per CoC policy, subject to deduction from the contract price.
• Defect Rectification: Any defects identified during inspection must be rectified by the supplier at no additional cost to CoC 
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this RFQ will be resolved through arbitration in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, in accordance with Ethiopian law.
• Confidentiality and Compliance: The supplier must maintain confidentiality of all RFQ information and comply with all applicable Ethiopian laws and regulations.
• Insurance: The supplier must arrange all-risk insurance covering the vehicle during transit until delivery at the specified location.
• Taxes and Duties: Quoted prices must include all applicable taxes, duties, and other charges.
