The Service reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids, at any time prior to award of contract without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders or any obligation to inform the affected bidder or bidders on the grounds for the company’s action. Bid security must be submitted in scanned copy through the system, and a hard copy must be submitted to the Procurement Management Directorate physically before the closing & opening date. N.B The bid security amount submitted shall be 2% of the total quoted price amount. However, the maximum amount of bid security value will be 2,000,000 (Two million) ETB or freely convertible Equivalent currency. bidder shall share their private security key on the eGP system before the deadline of bid submission. Failure to share the private security key shall be subject to rejection of the bid
