Procurement of Printing Machine

The Ethiopian Press Agency (EPA) hereby informs all prospective bidders that following requests received from interested bidders for additional time to prepare and submit responsive Technical and Financial Proposals under the International Competitive Bidding for the Procurement of a Printing Machine, the Agency has reviewed the requests in accordance with the applicable Public Procurement Laws and Procedures Accordingly, in order to promote fair competition and provide sufficient time for bidders to prepare complete and responsive bids, the bid submission deadline has been extended by Seven (7) consecutive calendar days.

Original Bid Submission Deadline: August 5, 2026

Extended Bid Submission Deadline: August 12, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. (04:00 Local Time)

Bid Opening: August 12, 2026, at 10:30 A.M. (04:30 Local Time)

Venue: Ethiopian Press Agency, Procurement and Property Administration Directorate. Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Except for the above amendment to the submission deadline, all other terms, conditions, technical specifications, qualification requirements, and provisions of the original Bidding Documents shall remain unchanged and continue to be in full force and effect
