Tender for the Supply of Electrical Materials

AYA EM TRADING PLC invites eligible and qualified suppliers, distributors, and companies to participate in a tender for the supply and delivery of various electrical materials in accordance with the specifications and requirements provided in the Tender Document / Terms of Reference (TOR).

AYA EM TRADING PLC is an established supplier working with various real estate developers and construction-related businesses. The electrical materials will be procured in bulk, stored in the company's warehouse, and supplied gradually to our real estate and construction clients according to their requirements. All interested and eligible companies are invited to participate in this tender and submit their bids in accordance with the instructions and requirements stated in the Tender Document / TORTender Document / TOR Purchase and Collection

Interested and eligible participants may visit the AYA EM TRADING PLC office to purchase and collect the Tender Document / Terms of Reference (TOR).
Price of Tender Document / TOR: ETB 500 (Five Hundred Birr only).
Tender Opening and Closing Period
The tender shall be open for fifteen (15) working days, commencing from the date this tender notice is published and closing at the end of the tenth working day. Interested and eligible participants may purchase and collect the Tender Document / TOR for ETB 500 (Five Hundred Birr only) from the AYA EM TRADING PLC office during the tender period.

General Conditions:
Interested participants are required to purchase and collect the Tender Document / TOR from the AYA EM TRADING PLC office and carefully follow all instructions, specifications, and requirements stated therein when preparing and submitting their bids.
Only eligible and legally registered companies may participate in this tender.

• Participants must submit all necessary and required supporting documents specified in the Tender Document (TOR).
• All bidders are required to purchase the Tender Document (TOR) before submitting their bids.
• Bids that are incomplete or submitted without the required valid documents may be considered non-responsive and rejected.
• AYA EM TRADING PLC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason and without incurring any liability to bidders.
• All participating companies must possess valid and up-to-date legal and business registration documents required to participate in the tender. 
• Bidders must submit all necessary and relevant documents as specified in the Tender Document (TOR). Any bid submitted without the required documents or with expired or invalid documents may be considered non-responsive and rejected.

አያ ኤም ትሬዲንግ ኃ.የተ.የግ.ማ. ብቁና በሕግ የተመዘገቡ አቅራቢዎች፣ አከፋፋዮች እና ድርጅቶች በዝርዝር መስፈርቶቹ መሠረት የተለያዩ የኤሌክትሪክ ዕቃዎችን ለማቅረብ በሚካሄደው ጨረታ እንዲሳተፉ ይጋብዛል። ድርጅታችን የኤሌክትሪክ ዕቃዎችን በጅምላ ከአምራቾችና ከአቅራቢዎች በመግዛት በመጋዘኑ ያከማቻል፤ ከዚያም ለሪል እስቴት አልሚዎች፣ ለግንባታ ተቋማት እና ለሌሎች ደንበኞች እንደፍላጎታቸው በተከታታይ ያቀርባል።
የመመሪያ ሰነድ ግዥ ተሳታፊዎች የጨረታ መመሪያ ሰነዱን ከድርጅቱ ቢሮ በ500 (አምስት መቶ) ብር መግዛት ይችላሉ።

የጨረታ ቆይታ ጨረታው ከታተመበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለ15 የሥራ ቀናት ክፍት ይሆናል።

አጠቃላይ መስፈርቶች:

• ተሳታፊዎች መመሪያ ሰነዱን ገዝተው በውስጡ የተገለጹትን መስፈርቶች በሙሉ ማክበር አለባቸው።
• በሕግ የተመዘገቡ ድርጅቶች ብቻ ይሳተፋሉ።
• በመመሪያ ሰነዱ የተጠየቁትን ሁሉንም ሰነዶች ማቅረብ ግዴታ ነው።
• የተሟሉ ያልሆኑ ወይም የሚሠሩ ሕጋዊ ሰነዶች የሌላቸው ማመልከቻዎች ውድቅ ሊደረጉ ይችላሉ።
• ሁሉም ተሳታፊዎች ትክክለኛና ወቅታዊ የንግድ ፈቃድ እና ሌሎች አስፈላጊ ሕጋዊ ሰነዶች ሊኖራቸው ይገባል።
• ድርጅቱ ማንኛውንም ወይም ሁሉንም ጨረታዎች የመቀበል ወይም የመሰረዝ መብት አለው።
