CALL FOR TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL PROPOSALS
Provision of Printing, Branding, and Creative Services under a Long Term Agreement (LTA)
Reach for Change Ethiopia invites qualified and experienced printing, branding, and creative service providers to submit Technical and Financial Proposals for a one-year Long Term Agreement (LTA) to provide professional printing, branding, graphic design, and related creative services across its programmes, projects, events, campaigns, communications, and operational activities throughout Ethiopia.

Reach for Change is an international non-profit organization working to improve the lives of children and young people by supporting local social entrepreneurs to develop and scale innovative solutions to pressing societal challenges.
Scope of Services
The selected service provider(s) may be required to provide one or more of the following services:
Printing Services
- Brochures, flyers, posters, certificates, reports, publications, manuals, and booklets
- Business cards, invitation cards, stickers, and labels
- Roll up banners, backdrops, event signage, and foam board printing
- Branding and Promotional Materials
- Branded T shirts, tote bags, notebooks, pens, and mugs
- ID cards and lanyards
- Corporate gift items and branded folders
Large Format and Event Branding
- Laptop, desktop, monitor, printer, projector, and office equipment branding
- Installation and branding of indoor and outdoor signage, exhibition materials, and related branding products
Eligibility Requirements
Interested firms should demonstrate relevant experience in professional printing and branding services, supported by qualified personnel, appropriate production capacity, a strong portfolio of similar assignments, valid business registration and licensing, and at least five recent client references.
Proposal Submission
Interested applicants shall submit a Technical Proposal, Financial Proposal, Company Profile, portfolio of previous work, five client references, and copies of valid business registration and license documents.
Please note that:
- Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted separately.
- Only Financial Proposals of technically qualified bidders will be evaluated.
- Contracts will be awarded to the proposal(s) offering the best value for money.
