Photography and Videography Services under a Long Term Agreement (LTA)
Reach for Change Ethiopia invites qualified and experienced photography and videography firms to submit Technical and Financial Proposals for a one year Long Term Agreement (LTA) to provide professional photography, videography, visual con- tent production, and post production services across its pro- grammes, projects, events, campaigns, communications, and donor reporting activities throughout Ethiopia.

Scope of Services
The selected service provider(s) may be required to provide one or more of the following services:
Photography
- Conferences, workshops, meetings, exhibitions, and events
- Programme and field documentation
- Portrait, executive, product, branding, and storytelling photography
Videography
- Event coverage
- Documentary production
- Human interest stories and interviews
- Promotional and institutional videos
- Live event recording
- Drone photography and videography where applicable
Post Production
- Professional photo and video editing
- Colour correction and colour grading
- Audio enhancement
- Motion graphics and animations
- English and Amharic subtitling
- Content optimization for digital, print, broadcast, presentations, and social media.
Eligibility Requirements
Interested firms should demonstrate:
- Proven experience in professional photography and videography services
- Qualified personnel and appropriate professional equipment
- Strong portfolio of similar assignments
- Ability to deliver high quality outputs within agreed timelines
- Valid business license and registration
- At least five references from recent clients.
Proposal Submission
Interested applicants shall submit a Technical Proposal, Financial Proposal, Company Profile, portfolio of previous work, five client references, and copies of valid business registration and license documents. Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted separately. Financial Proposals will only be evaluated for bidders that meet the required technical evaluation threshold. Contracts will be awarded to the proposal (s) offering the best value for money.
