MSF Belgium - Ethiopia Mission is inviting qualified suppliers to submit bids for the supply of one (1) new BYD Shark 6 Double Cabin Electric Pick-Up vehicle.

INVITATION FOR QUOTATION

MSF is an international medical and humanitarian, non-profit, organization acting in accordance with the principles and rights of humanitarian assistance and international medical ethics. MSF provides medical and humanitarian assistance to populations in need without discrimination on the basis of race, religion, creed or political affiliation, in contexts of epidemic, endemic, natural disaster and conflict in more than 70 countries in the world.

In Ethiopia MSF Belgium supports the Regional Ministry of Health facilities in partnership with the Federal Ministry of Health in responding to healthcare needs of vulnerable communities affected by displacement, disease outbreaks, malnutrition and WASH.

To facilitate its activities MSF Belgium - Ethiopia Mission is inviting suppliers to submit their bids for the supply of an Electrical Vehicle. The specifications of the vehicle are as below.

1. Interested vendors should submit their quotations including:

• Registration Certificate/Certificate of Incorporation
• Taxpayer Registration
• Valid Business License
• VAT Certificate
• Dealership Authorization certificate

2. Prices quoted should be inclusive of VAT and all other applicable taxes and must be in ETB (Ethiopian Birr) and shall remain valid for 90 days from the closing date of the tender.

3. Successful vendor(s) will be informed after evaluation of the valid submitted quotations.

4. All bids should be submitted in sealed and labelled envelopes to the address below before close of business on 13th August 2026. Bids will be opened on 14th August 2026 and bidders interested to witness the opening are welcome to attend in the office address below.
