INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ELECTRICAL VEHICLES (EV) for the 2nd Time

The Ethiopian Evangelical Church Mekane Yesus Development and Social Services Commission (EECMY-DASSC) Is Issuing this bid for the procurement for Electrical driven Vehicles (EV)

conditions and specifications.

The commission (EECMY-DASSC) invites reputable, reliable and licensed suppliers to the bid in line with the following

1. Interested and eligible bidders can obtain further detail information's directly from the EECMY-DASSC-HO at the address given below during office hours within the indicated dates.

2. For any Interested bidder the bid announcement is opened to August 12/2026 12:00 AM from the date of the announcement in the newspaper at the address given below.

3. Interested Bidders are requested to deliver sealed bid documents original and copy of Technical and Financial proposal separately to EECMY-DASSC Head Office, in its Office building at Amist Kilo opposite to AAU technology faculty within Ten (10) consecutive days from the announcement of this bid in the newspaper.

4. Bids shall be valid for a period of thirty (30) days after Bid opening. Bids must be accompanied by bid bond of Birr five Thousand (5,000.00) in the form of Cashier's Payment Order (CPO) and shall be marked payable to EECMY- DASSC and issued by eligible Ethiopian Bank.

5. Bidders must attach valid/renewed business/trade license for import export VAT registration, supplier data Registration certificate for the current year, Tax clearance, good performance evidence and past work experience in related field.

6. Bids shall be closed on August 12/ 2026 at 12:30 PM and will be opened on August 13/ 2026 at 2:30 PM, at the EECMY - HO Meeting Hall in the presence of bidders or duly authorized representatives who wish to attend. The commission.

7. BID documents must be submitted in English (clearly labeled with company name, address and legal stamp)

8. Submission of Bid after the deadline will not be considered and accepted.

9. Electronic Bids are not allowed.

10. The winner should supply the Electrical Vehicles in accordance with the required requested specifications. type. model. But if the winning supplier fails to deliver the items in accordance with the requirements, our organization is not bound by this BID.
