The Bidder shall submit audited financial statements for the last 3(three) years (2015 E/C to 2017E/C) to evaluate the financial capability of the supplier as follows. (1) Current Ratio: The Bidder shall demonstrate a current ratio of ≥ 1.2 in each of the last three (3) audited financial years (2015, 2016, and 2017 E.C.) The calculation shall be based on the audited balance sheet for each respective financial year. Failure to achieve a current ratio of 1.2 or higher in any one of the three years shall result in the Bidder being determined non-responsive to this qualification requirement. (2) Average Annual Turnover: Minimum Birr 2 Million (3) Financial Resources: The Bidder shall demonstrate access to liquid assets, or lines of credit: Minimum Birr 150,000.00 |

Notice:
- Terms and Conditions: 1. The supplier shall comply with all applicable procurement laws and regulations of the World Bank and eGP guidelines.
- 2. All information submitted must be accurate, complete, and truthful.
- 3. Prices quoted shall remain valid for the period specified in the bidding documents.
- 4. Goods or services shall be delivered within the agreed timeline and according to the required specifications.
- 5. Payment will be made in accordance with the contract terms after satisfactory delivery and acceptance.
- 6. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 15,000. (Fifteen Thousand Birr) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee or CPO in the name of the Ministry of Education.
- 7. The bid security shall be valid for twenty-eight days (28) beyond the end of the validity period of the bid.
- 8. The client reserves the right to accept or reject the bid partially or totally.
- 9. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
- 10. Any disputes arising under the contract shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws and dispute resolution procedures.
