ADVERTISE THE NATIONAL BID INVITATION FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SOLAR SYSTEM, CONTROLLER WITH CABLES AND ELECTRICAL ACCESSORIES AND SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS FOR HANANOO/CWW PROJECTS

Pastoralist Concern (PC) is a reputable national Civil Society Organization with over 30 years of dedicated service in Ethiopia. We are a non-political, non-religious, non-racial, and non-profit organization committed to creating a positive and lasting change in the life and livelihood of pastoral communities. PC hereby invites sealed bids from eligible, qualified, and competent suppliers/vendors for the Supply and Installation of Solar Power pump, controller with Accessories and Submersible Pumps in Kuraly kebele Dollo Bay Woreda and Yugat Kebele, in Dollo Ado Woreda, Somali Regional State The project "entitled 'Preventing child westing initiative in the Mandera Triangle (PWIMT)-Hanaano" in the Somali Region Ethiopia.

Therefore, Interested and qualified bidders are invited to submit their Technical and Financial sealed bids documents one or more Lot, but the bid Document must be submitted by separately for each lot;

Bid Submission Instructions

1. Bid Availability & Fee: A complete set of bidding documents with detailed technical specifications is available at the PC Head Office starting from August, 10, 2026, to August, 14, 2026 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr).
2. Bid Validity Period: Bids must be submitted within Five (5) consecutive calendar days, from August 10, 2026, to August 14, 2026.
3. Bid Submission: All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, along with a proforma invoice, with technical proposal and deposited into the "Bid Box" located at the PC Head Office no later than 5:00 PM on August 14, 2026.
4. Bid Opening: The public bid opening ceremony will be held at the PC Head Office on August 17, 2026. Bidders or their representatives are to attend the opening ceremony not a mandatory.
5. Mandatory Requirements: Bidders must include copies of the following valid documents with their bid:
   • Renewed Trade License
   • VAT Registration Certificate
   • TIN Certificate
   • Recent Tax Clearance Certificate from the concerned authority.
6. Bid Content: The bid document must clearly specify the type, make, model, country of origin, and delivery timeline for all items quoted.
7. Delivery & installation Location: All materials must be delivered and installed to the above-mentioned project site.
8. Right of Reservation: Pastoralist Concern reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in part or in full, without providing any reason.
