The Leaders in Teaching (LITE) Ethiopia initiative is a Mastercard Foundation-supported program implemented by Imaginelday. Education Development Trust and Geneva Global. The program aims the to strengthen learning outcomes and significantly increase number of secondary school students transitioning to university TVET, or dignified employment.
Education Development Trust (EDT) is a non-profit organization implementing the LITE program operating in Oromia and Central Ethiopia.
Education Development Trust Ethiopia invites sealed bids from all eligible and qualified bidders who are technically competent and hold valid licenses for the supply of the material specified below.
Education Development Trust Ethiopia is looking for a potential supplier for the supply and delivery of Sewing machine raw materials for its LITE Program.

Delivery places and other details are available in the Bid document to be collected from EDT Ethiopia program office.
Mandatory eligibility criteria:
- Renewed & Valid trade license for related items,
- Value Added Registration (VAT) certificate,
- Tax Identification certificate,
- Tax Clearance,
- Bid security bond of 2% by CPO only which is Valid for 30 days beginning on the date of bid is opened on a separate Envelop,
Bid Information:
Bid documents can be obtained from, from 10 August 2026 to 21 August 2026 electronically by sending email request for bid document to SSA Ethiopia Procurement team to email [email protected] or collecting Hard copy from EDT Ethiopia program office located on Jema Building 5th floor, next to Dreamliner Hotel, Meskel Flower area.
Bid will be closed on 21 August 2026 at 2:00 PM and opened on 24 August 2026 at 10:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their legal representative who choose to attend at the bid opening at EDT Program office.
