ዩኒቭርስቲው ሌላ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን መሉ ብሙሉ ወይንም ብክፊል የመስረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ለተማሪዎችና ተኝተው ለሚታከሙ ህሙማን አገልግሎት የሚውል ምግብ እያንዳዱ የምግብ ግብአቶች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በተቀመጠው ዝርዝር መሰረት ይሰራል ቲማቲም ድልህ 200000፣ፓስታ 350000፤ሩዝ 338000፣ሻይ ቅጠል 67500 ለእያንዳዱ ማስያዝ አለበት /ሁሉን የሚሞላ የዚህን ድምር፣ተወዳዳሪ አቅራቢ ነጋዴዎች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ጨረታው ከመዘጋቱ ከአንድቀን በፊት ጎንደር ዩኒቨርስቲ ግዥ ስራ አስፈፃሚ ቢሮ ቁጥር 104 ማቅረብ አለባቸው አዲስ አበባና አካባቢው ያላችሁ አቅራቢዎች አድስ አበባ ከሚገኘው የእንግዳ ማረፊያ ገስታ ሃውስ 24ኛ ሲድራ ፊትለፊት ማቅረብ ትችላላችሁ ለማቅረባችሁ በስልክ ማሳወቅ አለባችሁ፡፡ በተጨማሪም ተወዳዳሪ ነጋዴዎች የጨረታ መክፈቻ ኪ በሲስተሙ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ከ1 ሰዓት በፊት መላክ አለበት፡፡ጨረታው ምንም አይነት የዋጋ ማሻሻያ የለውም፡፡ አሸናፊ ድርጅቶች ግብአት የሚቀርበው ተማሪዎች አገልግሎት በሚያሳውቀው ትዛዝና በውል አስተዳደር ደብዳቤ መሰረት ሲሆን ግብአቱ በአቅራቢ ድርጅቱ አማካኝነት በሁሉም ግቢዎች ይሆናል ፡፡ ግዥው ለአንድ አመት ይሆናል
