- Terms and Conditions: ማንኛውም አቅራቢ የተጠየቁትን ናሙና (Sample) ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ማቅረብ አለባቸው።ክ/ከተማው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡ ማንኛውም አቅራቢ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ (CPO) ሲያሰገባ ለሚኩራ ክ/ከተማ ዋና ስራ አስፈፃሚ ፑል ፍይናንስና አስተዳደር ጽ/ቤት /Lemi Kura Sub city CEO Pool Admn and Finance Office ማለት አለበት ። -ማንኛውም አቅራቢ ድርጅት ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን (CPO) ማምጣት አለበት። ማንኛው አቅራቢ ድርጅት ማብራሪያ(Clarification) የሚጠይቀው ሲስተሙ ላይ መሆን አለበት በአካል የመጣን ማንኛውም ማብራሪያ መቀበል የማንችል መሆኑን እናሳስባለን ማንኛው አቅራቢ ድርጅት ጨረታው ከዘጋ በኋላ እና ከመከፈቱ 10 ደቂቃ ውስጥ የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቁልፍ (Key share) ማድረግ አለበት ይህ ካልሆነ ሀላፊነት አንወስድም። ማንኛውም ተወዳዳሪ ድርጅት የቴክኒክ ውጤት ካለቀ በኋላ ፋይናሽያል ከመከፈቱ በፊት ቅሪታ ካለው ሲስተሙ ባለው ላይ 5 ቀን ውስጥ ቅሪታ ማቅረብ አለበት ይህ ቀን ካለፈ ቅሪታ የማንቀበል መሆኑን ማሳሰብ እንወዳለን።
