Thus, Interested and eligible bidders are invited to gather bid documents (RFP) and submit their technical and price proposals under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility & Document Requirements

Trade License: Bidders must present relevant and valid trade license renewed for the current fiscal year.

Bid Document Purchase: The bid document (RFP) must be purchased for a nonrefundable payment of ETB 200.

Purchase Location: Documents are available at Mega Printing PLC, located at Mega Building, Room No. 103, Bole, Africa Avenue, starting from the first day the announcement appeared in the newspaper.

2. Financial Securities

Bid Security: Proposals shall be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total price in CPO (if in ETB), or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency bank guarantee counter-guaranteed by any commercial bank in the purchaser's country. The bid security should be in the name of Mega Printing Plc.

Performance Bond: The successful bidder shall furnish an unconditional performance bond equal to 10% of the total bid price, issued by a recognized bank.

3. Submission Guidelines

Packaging: Bidders shall submit both the original and a copy of the technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes.

Labeling: Envelopes containing the proposals must be clearly marked "technical" or "financial", as well as "copy" or "original", corresponding to the proposal inside.

Submission Location: Sealed bid proposals must be inserted into the bid box located at Mega Building, 2nd floor, Room Number 217, Bole, and Africa Avenue, Addis Ababa.

4. Key Dates & Deadlines

Submission Deadline / Bid Closing: 9/9/2026 at 1:00 PM during working hours.

Bid Opening: 9/9/2026 at 1:30 PM.

Opening & Location: Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at Mega Printing Plc., Bole Road, Africa Avenue, Mega Building, 1st floor, Room No. 110.

5. Disclaimer: Mega Printing Plc reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
