BGI Ethiopia Plc, a large-scale brewery and beverage producer under Group Castel, invites eligible and qualified bidders to participate in an open tender for Data Center Fire Suppression System.

The scope of this bid includes the survey, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the following fire protection system components:-a Fire Safety Control Center, Manual Glass Break Call Points, Combined Thermal and Optical Smoke Detectors, Audible Alarm Sirens and Visual Alarm Beacons, Polyester Monitoring Boxes with Indicator Lights, Fire-Resistant Cables and Connection Accessories, fire suppression system including silent nozzles, piping, and related connection accessories, as well as all necessary connection and mounting accessory sets required for a complete and functional installation.

Eligibility Requirements

Bidders must meet the following minimum requirements: - Valid business license, TIN, and relevant certifications, have experience in related services.

Failure to meet mandatory requirements may result in disqualification.

Bid Document Collection

Interested bidders may collect the bid document starting from August 17, 2026 The Terms of Reference (TOR) can be obtained by submitting a formal email request with the subject line: "Data Center Fire Suppression System" along with a scanned copy of the bidder's renewed business license.

Bid Submission Requirements

Interested bidders must submit separate Technical and Financial Proposals, with Financial Proposal Detailed cost breakdown.
