The bidder shall submit:
1. Valid Business License.
2. Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN).
3. VAT Registration Certificate.
4. Tax Clearance Certificate
5. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ETB 50,000.00 (fifty thousand birr) in the Name of Lion Insurance Company (S.c)
6. Bid document must be stamped sealed and submitted into the designated bid box on or before the closing date on August 24,2026 at 4:00 AM (LT)
7. Technical proposal has to be submitted as one original and one copy in a separate envelop, duly stamped and sealed.
8. Financial proposal has to be submitted as one original and one copy in a envelop, duly stamped and sealed
9. The bid document can be obtained from the company in the following address upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB birr 500.00 (five hundred birr) at the time of purchasing the bid documents.
