1.Right to Cancel the Bid: The House of Peoples’ Representatives reserves the right to cancel the bid, either fully or partially, in accordance with the applicable procurement rules and regulations. 2.Hotel Grade and Contract Period: The hotel shall have a minimum Grade 3 classification. The successful bidder must be willing and able to enter into and execute a contract for a minimum period of one (1) year.
