የሆቴል አገልግሎት ግዥዉ በቦንጋ ከተማ ዉስጥ ስለሆነ ከቦንጋ ከተማ ዉጭ ያለ ድርጅቶች መወዳደር የለባቸዉም:: በከተማችን ዉስጥ ያሉት ሆቴሎች ዉስን ስለሆኑ አሸናፊ የሚሆን ድርጅት የሚሰጠዉ አገልግሎት በምበዛበት ግዜ 40% ለሌላ ድርጅት ለመስጠት ፊቃደኛ መሆን አለበት፡፡  ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፈል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡  ተጫራቾች ጨረታዉ ከመከፈቱ አስቀድሞ የጨረታ ማስከበርያ CPO እስከ ቦንጋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በአካል ማቅረብ አለበት::
