valid tax clearance certificate	Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);
valid business license	Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i);
VAT registration certificate	Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(ii)
Nationality	Bidder's have nationality in accordance with ITB Sub-Clause 4.2.

Terms and Conditions:  አሸናፊው ድርጅት ዕቃውን ደ/ማርቆስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ዋናው ግቢ ንብረት ክፍል ገቢ ማድረግ አለበት፡፡  ማንኛውም አሸናፊ ድርጅት ያሸነፈውን ዕቃ እንደተጠየቀ ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡  ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡  የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ(300,000.00) ቢድ ቦንድ/CPO፤ ጥቃቅን አነስተኛ ለሆኑ ከሚመለከተው መስሪያ ቤት የዋስትና ደብዳቤ ላይ የጨረታው ሎት ተጠቅሶ እና የዋስትናው የብር መጠን ተካቶ ጨረታው ጊዜ ከመጠናቀቁ አንድ ቀን አስቀድመው ደ/ማርቆስ ዩኒቨርሲቲው (ዋና ካምፓስ) ግዥ ክፍል ቴዎድሮስ ህንጻ ቢሮ ቁጥር 12 ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡.  ተጫራቶች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲያሰሩ የተጫረቱበትን የሎት ስምና የጨረታ ቁጥር ጠቅሰው እንዲያሰሩ እናሳስባን፡፡
