PROVISION OF TRANSPORT SERVICE FOR AMREF HEALTH AFRICA IN ETHIOPIA

Amref Health Africa, Ethiopia Office, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of transport services on a lot basis as follows:

• LOT 1: Passenger Transport Service
• LOT 2: Freight Transport Service

Complete sets of tender documents in English be obtained from Amref Health Africa Ethiopia Office during office hours [Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 8:30AM to 1:00 PM)] by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr. 500(Five HundredBirr only) per LOT. The method of payment is cash payable to our Account name: Amref Health Africa; Account Number: 1000131778868; Bank Name: Commercial Bank of Ethiopia.

Candidates will then attach the copy of original Amref Receipt to the tender documents as proof of purchase of the tender.

Completed tender documents for preliminary and technical requirements are to be enclosed in a plain envelope marked with the tender reference number and tender name. The financial bid MUST be in a separate envelope marked with the tender reference number, tender name, vendors name and vendors contact details. The financial bid will only be opened for those bidders who will have qualified in the technical evaluation. Please note that only one complete tender document is required (Do not provide additional copies).

Tender Documents should be Submitted on or before September 8th 2026 at 10:00 A.M. (Morning). Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late tenders will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates, representatives or Bidders who choose to attend the tender opening ceremony at Amref Health Africa, Ethiopia Office. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Office, P.O. Box 20855 code 1000.

The aforementioned Office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and is not bound to give reasons for its decision.
